Aired in late 1998/early 1999, it went on the form the basis of the brilliant 15 Storeys High. Sean Lock listens to the world go by in his East London tower block, with the aid of the “Bugger King” listening device. Using this device, he can listen to what each of his neighbours is getting up to. It’s just brilliant.
