Hmmm. TOS recently had a piece on unbought Prop Store items - specifically, costumes. Message to Prop Store: if you’re not selling them, it’s because you’re charging too much.
More affordably, come news on the new merchandise; specifically that November will see the release of the 2006 calendar, framed film stills, bobbleheads and the Mr Flibble glove puppet. The calendar and film stills we knew were due soon, but I have to say I didn’t expect the other two to appear to quickly. I WONDER WHY.
Anyway, a bit of quick research. Here’s some info on the calendar - and pictured here is the back cover, which gives a preview of the inside. Half the pictures being from Series VII and VIII seems rather excessive, sadly, and the less said about the front cover the better - but the ENGAGED picture is this: amusing. That Holly one at the botttom, second from the left, looks, erm, “odd”. Still looks well worth buying, anyway.
As for the film stills, Play are yet again listing their exclusive one as “Out now. Waiting for delivery of stock.” Clue: you’re waiting for stock because the thing isn’t out yet. They’ll probably give yet another date next week. I would love to know why online retailers change the release dates so much - their fault, or do distributors just give them the wrong information?
