Long-time readers of this site will remember our review of the VHS Having It Off - Spitting Image’s answer to The Lover’s Guide. Unusually for Spitting Image, it included extensive sequences without puppets . And some of those sequences were done by Robert Llewellyn - and he’s quite the best thing about the release. Ha ha, release.

I’ll let you watch them for yourself rather than spoil it for you - but I think they’re great. Really funny, and he really, erm, throws himself into it and gives it his all. Yes. He certainly does that. Yes. Help.
Sadly, most of the rest of the video is pretty lacklustre, bar a few standout moments - this is 1993 Spitting Image quality, rather than 87. Still, there are a few great bits - I’ll upload the best of the rest of it next week.

I think Jo Brand is sometimes quite funny - I have fond memories of Through The Cakehole a few years back, especially an absolutely wonderful quiz show sketch which ended in the most unpleasant bloodbath I’ve ever seen in a sketch show - but she is ABSOLUTELY FUCKING APPALLING on this video. Really, really terrible.
The best actual puppet sketch on there is A Question of Watersport, and it only lasts 10 seconds. It’s great, though.
Yes, I think she’s great in small doses, I’m not over keen on her in QI and I found her very boring on Radio 2 when she was part of *a* radio show…

But you’d be missing out on some great comedy. The face-pulling-during-sex section is hilarious.

Video 4 has been removed due to “terms of use violation”. Clearly, Robert Llewellyn’s cock is an OUTRAGE. Sigh. YouTube’s policies are really stupid at times - I could understand it if it was due to breaking copyright, but there was nothing offensive in that video at all.
I’ll upload it up here when I can find my original copy.
The first three parts were amazing, can’t wait for Part 4 and the groinal attachment.
Of course, I bet there are still countless dodgy hip-hop videos featuring scantily-clad “honeys” writhing all over fat rappers on Youtube. And videos such as “Dirrty”, “Slave 2 U” and that Beyonce one, I bet they’re all on there as well.
