“Why does this site and Andrew associate itself with the utter sixth form dribble this site churns out in the forums.” - Mr E Smeg, Official Webboard

New T-Shirts?

Or: reprints of old ones. Including the famous “Let’s get out there and Twat It” design. Due on the 21st May, costing £11.99 including delivery from Play.

How odd. But how wonderful!

I want to print Dwarf T-shirts, but will I be breaking the law? Or is it the thing where if i sell them , then it’s illegal?

Oh hell yeah. I’ve been looking for the “Twat it” one for years. Ever since I saw my mate with one when we were in year 9…that’s almost 5 years ago. Is it the one that says “The committee for the Liberation and Interrogation of Terrifying Organisms and their Rehabilitation into Society says…” one the back?

I should perhaps point out that Play are VERY unreliable on dates for merchandise. So I fully expect this to slip. And slip. And slip. And possibly not even happen, until we get confirmation from TOS…

I’m no legal expert, but I would have thought that even by printing a T-Shirt, you’d be breaking the law. But I would also expect that if it was just for personal use, you wouldn’t get into trouble for it.

Selling them though - I bet they’d clamp down on that pretty sharpish. But I think the fanclub have a license to print Dwarf T-Shirts, so you could always suggest any ideas to them…

Think of it like a fan edit of a show - if you do it at home, for yourself, it makes no difference. If you out it on YouTube, it’s possible you’ll be asked to remove it, and if you sell it you risk legal action and demands for payment.

> New T-Shirts?

- Yes, I issued them to men yesterday and they absolutely thrilled. Isn’t that right, men?
- Yes, sir. First solid fuel since we burnt the cat, sir.

Hmmm. Play are now saying these are in stock - although I find it difficult to believe if it hasn’t been mentioned on TOS…
