Last of the Doctor Dwarfs

We thought we’d had the ultimate Doctor Dwarf moment. We thought that never again could a moment where New Who was so obviously ripping off our favourite sitcom match up.

Dear reader, we were wrong.

THE DOCTOR : Yep, that’s me.

RIMMER: What?

THE DOCTOR : Yes, I do.

RIMMER : How did I do what?

THE DOCTOR : Are you gonna read out the whole thing?

RIMMER: Doctor, don’t be a gimboid.

THE DOCTOR : I’m a time traveller. Or, I was: I’m stuck. In 1969.

RIMMER: I’ve just been in the library, thinking. And I’ve decided… Shut up! As I was saying before I was so rudely interrupted, I’ve decided, when you go into stasis, I want to stay behind. I want to be left on.

THE DOCTOR : People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually - from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint, it’s more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey… stuff.

RIMMER : What things?

THE DOCTOR : It… got away from me, yeah.

RIMMER : I said WHAT?

THE DOCTOR : Well, I CAN hear you.

RIMMER: YOU are space crazy.

THE DOCTOR : Well, not HEAR you exactly, but I know everything you’re gonna say.

RIMMER : Well it probably IS deja vu, it sounds like it.

Me. I’m not too happy with it myself…just a quick 15 min job before i went to college. I do like how the Doctor Who Confidential theme sounds over the Dwarf opening though.
