Remember Suckerpunch, the boxing-based movie that Danny starred in a couple of years ago? Danny was talking at DJ about how they’re still looking for a distributor, and to watch this space. Well, presumably, he meant to watch, heh, MySpace. Do you see? Because he has used the social networking site MySpace to convey news about Suckerpunch.
Danny himself send out the following bulletin. All typos are his.
For those of you who didn’t know, I was doing a low budget independent film called “Suckerpunch’ which was shot over 2 years. It was something very organic and something very real about it.
Well after a screening at the Glasshouse for about 600 people it has just been picked up by a sales / distribution agent and is going to be doing the rounds. I promise you, I If you get to see it, you will not be disappointed.
Well, he would say that, wouldn’t he? But still, keep an eye out at festivals and suchlike; we’ll report on any screenings if and when they happen.
