Biography
Leader of the sinister Ministry Of Alteration, the Voter Colonel (aka Simon) spends most of his time taking X-Rays in a hospital in Hastings. He hates this. Most of the rest of the time he is either asleep, fooling around with one of his many musical instruments, toying with the computer, sleeping, playing table top battle games, mucking around with lightsabers, sleeping or listening to Crowded House.
He is married to Monika (aka Morgy) who is an American medieval wench and they have a daughter called Juliette who is a standard issue toddler.
